At the start, the client had a clear vision and deep market knowledge, but no unified digital product. Operations relied on manual tools like spreadsheets, calls and emails. There was no platform where users could easily register, invest, or track their assets.
Unformalized Financial & Domain Logic
Rules for deposits, purchases, storage fees, payouts, pricing, documents, and currencies existed mostly in spreadsheets. Nothing was fully automated in a way that could scale reliably.
The company had already earned strong trust through its security practices. Our task was to translate that trust into a digital ecosystem. Deep domain expertise alone was not enough.
