We are looking for a Head of Sales to join our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in IT or a related industry, a strong background in B2B sales, and a proven ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales processes.

What you will do:

  • Own and develop Chili Labs sales strategy and pipeline.
  • Actively find, engage, and close new B2B clients.
  • Lead discovery calls, understand client needs, and prepare tailored proposals and offers.
  • Build and grow long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Drive upsell & cross-sell opportunities (new features, redesigns, audits, new products, marketing).
  • Lead pricing and contract negotiations together with management.
  • Improve B2B sales processes.
  • Work closely with CEO, marketing and other colleagues to ensure smooth handover and happy clients.
  • Represent Chili Labs in events, meetups, and conferences.

What we expect from you:

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT outsourcing, software development, or digital agencies.
  • Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
  • Strong understanding of service-based business models.
  • Strategic mindset + hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent Latvian and English (C1+); Russian is a plus.
  • High level of ownership and responsibility.
