We are looking for a Junior Business Developer – a proactive and detail-oriented person who enjoys research, communication, and working with data. Your main mission will be to identify and engage potential clients, build relationships, and support our sales team in driving business growth.

Kādi būs jūsu pienākumi:
- Research potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Reach out to leads via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels (minimal phone calls).
- Build relationships with leads by staying in touch, earning their trust, and helping guide them through the process.
- Manage relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring a positive experience.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align outreach strategies, optimize messaging, and improve conversion rates.
- Assist in creating offers, presentations, and sales documents.
- Track interactions with leads, update their status, and generate reports in our CRM tools (Jira, Pipedrive).
- Meet monthly lead generation goals and assist in closing deals.

- Ability to structure and analyze data, spot trends, and identify opportunities.

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes (or willingness to learn).
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
